Troubleshooting
1. lf the earbuds has No Sound when use for Samsung phones, go to Setting-Developer Options, find Disable USB audio routing, Close this option, then try again 
2. For laptop & desktop, Go tor Setting, find Sound, Input/Output, Select a Device, choose USB, to make the earbuds work.
3.For iPhone with USB C port, choose Headphone when there's a pop out window, if there's no sound,go to Setting - Click sound's & Hapics click Headphone safety, Open Reduce Loud Audio, then try again.
